Hello Studio Families!

We are excited to share a new online payment option for our studio!  Here are the details!

Store CREDIT, DEBIT or BANK payment information on our website!
Securely add a card or bank account to our website to make payments even easier!  When the monthly invoice is emailed out, you have the option to pay manually or turn on “auto-pay.”

How to get started:

1.  Login in to the “Student Portal” on our website. https://thistledownstudio.mymusicstaff.com  If you need a password reset – please email the studio and we will send you a new login link.

2.  Click on your name in the top right corner and select “My Preferences.”

3.  In the “Personal Information” area, click on the green “Add Card” or “Add Bank” button.In the pop-up, add your information and then click, “OK.”

4.  If you would like to pay your invoices automatically when emailed out, be sure to select the “Auto-Pay” option found at the bottom of the pop-up.

5.  Fees Applied:
Debit/Credit Card Transactions – 3.5%
Bank Withdrawals – 0.8%

Please note:  cash and personal checks will still be accepted as well.

OTHER STUDIO ANNOUNCEMENTS:

• Fall Confirmation Letters going out next week!  You will be receiving confirmation of your student(s) lesson day & time, as well as the tuition payment plan selected on the registration form.  Please contact the studio as soon as possible if any changes need to be made
  
• TOTE BAG ORDER - August 18th!  All tote bag orders and payment need to be received by August 18th.  Please see the attached order form.
